This festive romp is a laugh-out-loud, emotionally sweet, occasionally steamy romantic comedy sure to leave you chuckling long after the last page.

Allie’s world turned upside down when her older sister and brother-in-law were killed in a car accident. Leaving the then twenty-one-year-old leag guardian to their two girls, with the youngest just a few months old. Juggling shifts at the local diner and bar to make ends meet she is pleased when a temporary position becomes available helping at an old estate in town. Although she wasn’t expecting Greyson the handsome stranger from the diner to be the man looking to flip his aunt’s old house.

Heading to upstate New York to flip a house was supposed to be easy for CEO Greyson Blair. Make a list of what needed to be completed, get it done and head back to the city. Although the hired help, Allie, puts a new spin on things especially when they are drawn together when he gets sick and there is a snowstorm. Whilst it is clear that they have a connection he is only going to be here for a few weeks so can only ever be a fling – no matter how much he gets absorbed into her life and that of her nieces.

Focuses on his marketing company for so long he finds it refreshing to be stepped away from it. Although the emails and demands still keep coming through. When he is forced to make a choice between a promise made to Allie and the girls and a work commitment will he make the right decision?

After a bad break-up, Pippa was fortunate enough to escape on a last-minute ski trip. What should have been a trip her roommate was going on fell into Pippa’s lap when her friend has to work. During her time away she had the most amazing week-long fling with Aiden. Sharing very few personal details with each other and no telephone number they made the most of the time they had. Fast forward nine months and Pipps’ just spotted Aiden in a New York restaurant with a cute blonde.

Moving to New York from Chicago, Aiden has his head down and is ready to work hard in his new law firm. Meeting his sister for dinner who has helped him get set up in the city he is shocked but elated to see Pippa through the window. Chasing her down to say hello, he has never forgotten about her and regrets not getting her number all those months ago. As he attempts to woo her once again they discover that the chemistry between them is still very much there.


As the days lead up to Christmas, they spend more and more time together. Even making plans to go and get a tree for his apartment ahead of Christmas lunch the following day. When Pippa is taken ill and rushed into hospital Aiden, is overwhelmed by the history he has with hospitals and freaks out when it turns out that Pippa is in labour – with his baby!
