A Very Bossy Christmas (Very Holiday Book 1)
What’s the actual last thing you’d ever want your executive assistant to see you doing the morning after you had hot, drunk, angry sex with her in a terrible hotel room?
As the top counsel for a leading Manhattan real estate firm, Declan is busy, bossy and likes things done a certain way. Although his assistant Maddie challenges him with funky coffee orders, hands on her hips whenever he talks to her and eye rolls. But he can’t argue that she is the best assistant he has had – having gone through seven before her. Whilst dodging family commitments, Declan is cornered by his sister who tittle-tattles back to their Irish ma who guilt him into coming back to Cleveland for Christmas.
For two months Maddie has been working as Declan’s assistant, having moved from her last job when Artie retired. Telephone conversations with Declan in her old job had an impact on her transferring over to him. Although the fifty-five hour weeks, telephone and text messages from him day and night can be a little much. Giving him just as much sass as he gives her, she knows how to deal with his grumpy, bossy attitude.
With Maddie wanting Christmas Day off to spend it with her family, Declan proposes a compromise – agree to be his fake girlfriend and travel to Cleveland with him for Christmas Eve dinner and then back again for his brother’s New Year wedding and she can have the rest of Christmas off. Booking the hotel and travel arrangements, Maddie isn’t sure she will agree to the deal until she sees a softer side of Declan and they make the trip to see his family. Along the way they each find real feelings, reconnect with family and wonder if or how this could work in the long run.

A Very Friendly Valentine’s Day (Very Holiday Book 2)
They have been friends for six years, just friends but a train journey to New York might just change that
Spending Christmas in Cleveland with his family, Eddie suddenly felt the love that his siblings have all found. As the youngest, his ma is now on at him about dying along and not giving her grandbabies. Although actor Eddie has a girlfriend of sorts, a model based in New York, he is yet to meet her face to face. Their relationship started when she slipped into his DMs and they have been communicating via Instagram, FaceTime and messages for the past month or so. But he has a trip to visit her in New York for Valentine’s Day.
Six years ago Birdie met Eddie in an American Lit class at UCLA, they have been best friends ever since. Although she wouldn’t say no to the possibility of something happening between them, she is aware of his ‘girlfriend’ but a voicemail he leaves when he is at his brother’s bachelor party plays on her mind – did he really mean what he said?
Looking to push her boundaries this year she throws a party which she hides from in her room, saved by Eddie. Leading to her somehow straddling him, feeling something growing (literally) between them, him catching sight of her nipples and an almost kiss. Interrupted they brush it off but when he finds out she is taking a train to New York for Valentine’s Day he rearranges his plans to travel with her.
Confined to a train together sharing a cabin for almost three days they discover things about each other they did not know. Leading to a very comical, cosy and enlightening trip. A video clip of Eddie reciting a Romeo & Juliet monologue goes viral, with Alana not happy about it and things end between them. When the train turns cold they realise that the best way to stay warm is to share body heat. But will it all fizzle away when Eddie misses the connecting train in Chicago?
