Although Rae is gorgeous in a rich chick kind of way. He doesn’t take too kindly to learn that she has bought the garage in which he works.
Rae hasn’t seen her brother for three years after he suddenly left home. Whilst he thinks that she sold out to his money-hungry parents, the truth of the situation is very different – if only Sawyer had stuck around to hear why she took a job from them.
Whilst Rae attempts to make amends she has a love/hate relationship with Benji who slowly begins to understand the decisions she has made and thaws towards her – but she is his best friend’s sister, not only that, Sawyer doesn’t get on with her, it would be so wrong.
Not one that grips you to keep reading but a pleasant read discovering the things we do for family and how past grievances can influence us if not dealt with.
