Tracking down what happened at her home Ford is coordinating getting the damages sorted and the mess cleaned up around helping Luna with a special Valentine’s Day party for her class at school.

Ruby gifting them dinner at a fancy restaurant has the realise what has been in front of their eyes all this time. Healing into town Asher comes face to face with the April ad that Ruby the mayor’s wife has posted. Having seen her matchmaking skills, if you can call them that, work on three of his friends he shouldn’t be surprised to find himself at the centre of April’s campaign. Thankfully he doesn’t have much time to dwell on it as he is called out to a wild horse that has been hit by a tourist car. Although the big surprise of the day comes as a visitor arrives at his rescue centre.

Preparing for a move to Billings following a promotion Jenna knows that there is something important that she needs to do before she does. Heading over to Mustang Mountain she needs to tell Asher the man she met on her sister’s bachelorette party that she is carrying his baby. Prepared to do this without his support she wants to be able to tell her child that she did all she could to tell their father about them. Seeing him again brings back all the memories from their night together.

Asher looked for Jenna after their one night together but was unsuccessful. Seeing her in his clinic, pregnant he is somewhat taken aback but is still pleased to see her. Expressing how he wishes to be part of the baby’s life and makes plans for doctor visits etc. Jenna is wary that Asher will let her down and their baby but as they grow closer and she moves into his home as her house sale goes through quicker than planned she has high hopes for him. Missing an important appointment Jenna decides she can’t risk things and puts much-needed distance between them, but will she let him explain?

Mack relocated to Mustang Mountain a few years ago from Texas. A former firefighter was injured and left scarred from a call-out. He now runs kennels, breeds dogs and runs sledge runs with them etc. Getting a message from Ruby in town about a charity event she is running he knows that it is easier to go straight away, otherwise, she’ll hunt him down. He wasn’t, however, prepared that there would be someone else joining them from the discussion – Lily the local caterer and beauty he spoke with at the Easter event, albeit from the safety of a bunny costume.

Lily has always lived in the Mustang Mountain area, with her catering business going from strength to strength. Ruby getting on at her to expand the business which would mean a move to Bozeman for larger facilities and client base. Arriving at the coffee shop to find out the plans for the women’s shelter charity event she;’s pleased to see Mack again – without his costume this time. Although it’s clear he is not too happy about everything and makes excuses to leave.

Listening to Ruby, Lily opts to head up the mountain to chat with Mack. getting the opportunity to spend time with his dogs, see his scars for the first time and attempt to cook him dinner which goes wrong and she leaves. Unable to consider why Lily could possibly like anyone with scars Mack hides away until another visit from Lily and a dinner re-run. Finally realising their connection things go well between them until news of a business loan Lily applied for is approved. What does this mean for their future?

June is for Jensen: Best Friends Ex, Curvy Girl Romance (Mountain Men of Mustang Mountain Book 6) by Kaci Rose

Jensen will always be thankful to his aunt Ruby and Uncle for taking him and his twin brother Jonas in when they were younger. Although when he received a text from Lucy highlighting that he is June’s man of the month that his aunt has been running all year he is questioning his loyalty. Luckily he is saved from it all when he gets called out to a women’s shelter pick up from Courtney. Heading out with Jonas and a few of the MC bikers as back up he follows Courtney out to collect the mom and child before heading to the shelter. Looking longingly at Courtney as they go about the task.

Having dated Jonas during high school before breaking up to head to college Courtney never felt anything towards Jensen, But returning to Mustang Mountain to work for the women’s shelter she saw Jensen through different eyes. But as his ex’s twin brother, she can look but cannot touch. Always thankful for his help when collecting new arrival or helping with the children etc. This is how she finds him expectantly staying the night in her spare room, plus a stolen kiss that they both knew was nothing that could continue.

Spending time together on a trip for the women and children from the shelter they can only look at each other but as Jensen returns a forgotten teddy bear they finally cave to the growing attraction between them. But as they help out his parents and Jonas witnesses their interactions will this mean the need of everything before it has had a chance to begin?

July is for Jonas: A Fake Marriage Romance (Mountain Men of Mustang Mountain Book 7) by Dylann Crush and Eve London
