Holly has been living and breathing her work life for so long. But panic attacks have forced her to take the summer off and head to Wishington Bay to the house Gigi left her.

Meeting the Australian doctor who rents the house next door didn’t quite go to plan. Both make a bad impression on the other. However, with the help of Gabe’s dog Bryan, they form a friendship. Gabe helped her with her panic attacks, encouraging her new hobby and enjoying her home-cooked meals.

But when Gabe’s parents arrive for a holiday he is forced to admit that they think that she is his girlfriend. Something he cooked up with Gigi, leaving his parents thinking that they have been dating for 18 months. Can Holly and Gabe showcase a fake relationship? Because it is just fake, right?
