Josh McKinley has a certain reputation around school. Coming from one of the richest families, he is hot whilst airing on the side of unhinged. People annoy and frustrate him, with anger never far from bubbling to the surface. Sitting in the lunch hall he is surprised by a beautiful blonde who has taken it upon herself to join him. The new girl chatted about how they would be friends, Tim to her Tam etc. Josh pours a chocolate milkshake over her head and walks away.

Being a scholarship brat in a rich school has Emily Livingstone on the backfoot compared to her peers. Losing her military father she is simply trying to get through school unscathed.
